Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions and ensure accuracy
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reviewing charges and credits
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with managing reservations and room assignments
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Complete end-of-shift reports and communicate important information to the day shift team
