Full Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Associate who will be the face of our hotel. The ideal candidate is a friendly individual who has great customer relation skills

Responsibilities

  • Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
  • Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
  • Accommodate guest requests
  • Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
  • Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
  • Handling cash payments
  • Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
  • Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
  • Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
  • Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
  • Help prepare for forecasts and audits

Job Type: Part Time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends

Experience:

  • Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Hotel and Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry, Hilton experience required.
