Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor
Duties:
- Inspect ALL guest rooms
- Monthly inventory of linen & terry
- Training & Scheduling
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other designated areas of the hotel
- Change bed linens, replenish towels and amenities, and restock supplies as needed
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and guest service
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques and practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Basic understanding of floor care techniques (e.g., vacuuming, mopping, carpet cleaning)
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
