Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management principles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
