Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. This is a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions
- Verify and balance revenue, expenses, and guest accounts
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in using phone systems and possess proper phone etiquette
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is desirable
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
