We are seeking the talent and skills of an outstanding Night Auditor. A successful candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and professional. Reliability and punctuality are "must have" characteristics.

This can be a full-time position or just a part-time weekend position for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. If full-time is desired, we can offer 2 shifts from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The choice would be up to the job seeker.

The employee completes the daily audit process according to company standards. The process includes, but is not limited to, completing and transmitting the Daily Revenue Report to management and ownership representatives. The Night Auditor also covers the front desk during their shift, ensuring that hotel guests receive hospitable and responsive service.

Experience is welcome, and endless multimedia/on hand training is available.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations

Accurate cash handling

Experience in maintaining security of confidential information, including guest registration and credit card information

Experience working with a computer, including Office

Ability to work well with others

Customer Focused... experience in anticipating guest needs and responding pleasantly and professionally in a variety of settings and situations

Listening skills to ensure accurate understanding of guest wishes

Composure to work effectively under pressure and to address and resolve guest problems or concerns

Approachability to encourage effective communication with guests and fellow team members

Maintains presence at desk during all hours of operation and communicates effectively with individuals inside and outside the facility

Complies with uniform, identification, dress and grooming standards
