Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Operate phone systems to answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Complete end-of-day financial reports and reconcile any discrepancies on PEP pms system
- Assist with night security procedures, including monitoring surveillance cameras and ensuring the safety of guests and the property
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and report generation
Please note that this position requires working night shifts, typically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
