We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at our hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts
- Verify and balance entries and records of financial transactions
- Prepare reports summarizing financial data for management
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
- Knowledge of front desk operations and night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure
