Job Summary

Responsible for the preparation of Marketing-related reports and analysis and the implementation of marketing activity across various departments within the organization. Ensures proper implementation of marketing and communications programs to key system personnel. Supports development and implementation of online, email and Direct Marketing programs to generate leads. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support development and governance of Brand Messaging Framework to ensure consistent, best-in-class messaging across all channels and touchpoints
  • Develop and synthesize brand messaging research
  • Organize and evolve Brand Architecture including product positioning and value propositions, including maintenance of messaging framework
  • Support naming and messaging development for the Xfinity brand with competitive intelligence, consumer research and insights, and legal review
  • Collaborate across key partners, including Business, Legal, CR&I, and Marketing
  • Support campaign strategy for IMC priorities, including identifying key challenges, insights, audience, objectives and KPIs
  • Deliver on strategic briefs, bringing thought leadership, industry best practice, and marketing science to deliver robust frameworks, brand actions, and initiatives
  • Highly collaborative role that requires a unique blend of soft and hard skills, including analytics and research synthesis, excellent writing and communication skills, and understanding of marketing planning and strategy
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Follow through to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
