Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Brand Partnerships and Amplification, this role is responsible for delivering highly visible and impactful programs in partnership with third parties that drive the business forward. The role includes but is not limited to internal coordination and project management of numerous departments, delivery of Team USA marketing campaigns in partnership with key business leads and cross-functional partners, leading and executing various National Governing Body partnerships, delivery of all partner contractual assets, oversight of event executions and support across all Olympic and Paralympic program development and planning. This role will develop and execute best-in-class partnership marketing programs that align with brand objectives and achieve business results and vary in channel approach but has a particular focus on social media and experiential activation. The role will manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously and act as a subject matter expert to various cross-functional leaders. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, possess strong problem-solving skills, and has the ability to lead and motivate teammates in an effort to influence across various levels of the organization.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively and partner with numerous internal stakeholders to ensure all programs and assets are aligned with company objectives and program calendars
  • Review, provide feedback and guidance to internal and external stakeholders through all marketing campaign development initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Properties, NBC Olympic Team and other vendors as needed
  • Lead development of National Governing Body partnership plans and execute end-to-end deliverables from advertising creative to hospitality programs
  • Support individual athlete partnerships and integration throughout marketing, advertising, appearance opportunities, etc.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of social media and continuously develops new skills in the rapidly changing trends/technologies; possesses the confidence to assist the organization as an internal expert and lead never-been-done-before initiatives
  • Integrate the brand into areas of consumer passion that are identified as opportunity segments for the company
  • Coordinate with agency partners to secure various third-party approvals for marketing materials going to market
  • Monitor and ensure delivery of assets across various contractual requirements
  • Review, provide feedback and approve USOPC and NGB assets incorporating the brand
  • Develop plans and timelines for event coordination and execution
  • Support all program needs as requested, including planning and measurement
  • Analyze performance and share learnings to improve performance against KPIs; ability to develop and present executive summary reports from various campaign specific reports and sources
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
