Columbus Technical College is seeking an individual to serve as a full-time Maintenance Technician within our Operations Division.
This individual will be responsible for performing skilled and semi-skilled work associated with the maintenance and repair of the colleges facilities and grounds.
Under general supervision, will install, repair and maintain electrical systems and plumbing hardware for all campus buildings;
Construct, maintain, repair, renovate, and relocate light fixtures, furniture, and equipment in bulk items; Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
This position is full-time / non-exempt .

Salary / Benefits :
Salary is $38,936.20 annually. Benefits include state holidays, annual leave, and sick leave, State of Georgia Retirement, Health and Flexible Benefits Program.
