A Day in the life of a Maintenance Tech at Magnolia Manor

Repair basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry related tasks within property

· Maintain standards of Maintenance Department: maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards

· Repair basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC needs as requested such as but not limited to: moving materials, storing materials, debris removal, and floor cleaning as needed.

· Follow work assignments, and/or work schedules in completing and performing assigned tasks.
