About the Job 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Electronic Health Records (EHR) Support Specialist I position! The EHR Support Specialist would be located at either our Lane Service Center in Springfield or our Portland Service Center in Portland, Oregon. This position has the primary responsibility of resolving incoming support cases related to all facets of Electronic Health Records via multiple avenues (phone, web, email). You will work closely with the Training Department to develop and track trainings for staff, clinicians and providers. Regular participation in staff meetings and trainings are mandatory.

ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. QMHA employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program.

Work Schedule:Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)

What You’ll Make

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE/Credentials.

Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).

What You’ll Need

  • Associates Degree in Information Technology or Information Systems is highly preferred OR equivalent education and relevant work experience
  • 6 (SIX) months experience troubleshooting and providing helpdesk support for EHR systems (or equivalent systems) to end users is preferred
  • Experience with reports, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a PLUS

Successful applicants MUST have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be made.
