Requirements:
- Willingness to obtain MN Life & Health Insurance license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls to potential clients in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to address any inquiries or concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
