Regulatory and Compliance Responsibilities: In addition to the other duties described herein, each Team Member has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations.
Position Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent required plus four (4) years’ experience as an HHR Technician Supervisor or a minimum of one year of experience as an HHR Performance Manager in a high volume, complex gaming environment. Associate degree or formal training in electronics or related field preferred. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. Working knowledge of electronics and related test equipment. Ability to work with word processing and spreadsheet software required; experience in computer, electronics and technical equipment repair preferred. Must be able to formulate and communicate ideas and to make independent decisions.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Virginia Racing Commission License
Valid Driver’s License plus minimum three (3) years’ driving experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages subordinates who may supervise employees. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the unit(s).
