U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management / infrastructure service organization, is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician.
This is a great opportunity for Students or those who may be retired with mechanical experience and looking for extra income.
The position is located at our site in Richmond, VA. The applicant will be responsible for the following :
The hours are Monday through Thursday, 4 : 30 am until 8 : 30 am, and alternating Fridays, 4 : 30 am-8 : 30 am, and Sundays, 6 : 30 am-11 : 30 am.
This person would be responsible for opening the building (located in Richmond, VA) and ensuring everything is functioning properly before it opens to the public.
Must have transportation.

Knowledge and Experience
Basic Commercial building maintenance experience, Equipment Maintenance, Technical Understanding, Technical troubleshooting, Dealing with Uncertainty, Basic Safety, Power Tools, Attention to Detail, Flexibility, Job Knowledge, Productivity
May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices.
REQUIREMENTS
Education / Training
High School Diploma or GED equivalent, basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair work.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements
Working Conditions
Not rigorous work, mostly making rounds before the building is open to the public to ensure that everything is safe and in working order.
