Commonwealth Senior Living is based in Charlottesville, Virginia and currently manages 34 senior living communities across Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee with a combined capacity of over 2700 residents. Thirty two of our communities currently offer our specialized Alzheimers/Dementia program, Sweet Memories.
