• Responsible for the development and training of the field staff on established processes, tools, and standards.
• Administer and comply with corporate business practices and policies and actively promote a safe work environment.
• Responsible for managing profitability and crew production on projects as required to successfully complete the project on schedule. Provides guidance and resolve conflicts to maintain schedules, productivity, and profitability.
• Manage multiple projects and make recommendations in response to changing conditions to meet contract schedules.
• Develop and update weekly, 3-month, and 6-month job schedules, tracking project schedules, including start date, material on job date, end dates, test dates, and all other milestones.
• Hire and supervise field crews and coordinate schedules, managing labor hours and costs.
• Coordinate material deliveries, delivery, and pick-up of equipment, and monitor all job-related costs.
• Conduct site visit walk throughs and coordinate inspections and test dates.
• Represent the company in meetings with general contractor, owner, property manager, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and regulatory agencies for project schedules, test dates, progress reports, change orders, or other information.
• Complete and maintain truck tool inventories.
• Administer good construction safety practices and comply with all site-specific and company safety standards and reporting of accidents and injuries timely.
• Manage Fabrication shop and Warehouse.
• General knowledge of fabrication and insulation of ductwork
• Ability to Calculate CFM and the ability to understand Static Air Flow Requirements.
• Strong mechanical background with excellent problem-solving and critical troubleshooting skills.
• Using hand and power tools in an industrial environment. Tool use and maintenance, lubrication, measuring, threads and fasteners, bench works, basic mechanical drawings, and basic shop calculations.
• Profit share bonus, company vehicle and benefits.
• Five years project management and mechanical experience required.

Pay: $60,000.00 depending on experience.
