What you bring: 3 - 5 years of progressive accounting experience in the commercial real estate industry; mid- large operations of commercial office buildings. Bachelors degree Proficiency in MRI Experience in Lease Administration, reading and understanding complex office and retail lease documents Bonus skills and experience Advanced education in accounting; CPA designation is an asset Experience with audits, strong understanding of accounting standards Real Estate industry accounting experience, including office, medical office, and retail properties What success looks like: An understanding of institutional investment reporting criteria You successfully ensure the accuracy and productivity of all property management accounting and financial activities. Increases operational efficiency for staffing levels and workloads to maximize efficiencies and profitability for the company. Ensures that financial reporting is accurate and that reports are issued on time. Effectively coordinates activities with internal or external auditors and others. Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $67,000 to $110,000 annually Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
