Collier Health Home Care Agency, LLC is excited to announce we are currently hiring for a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our growing team. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who enjoys working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide care that is both preventative and therapeutic
• Perform routine medical procedures, such as checking patients’ vital signs and performing physical examinations
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients as needed
• Administer medications, treatments, and other substances under the direction of a licensed physician
• Observe patients’ conditions and develop detailed reports chronicling those conditions over the course of a day or month
• Perform acts that bending over, standing up for long periods, and reaching out of a windowless car
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to provide timely responses to questions from patients and each other
• Provide fans and medical supplies (perform filling out of prescription form)
• Accomplish other tasks of a nurse as deemed necessary by management

Requirements:

• Licensed FL Registered Nurse (RN) is required
• Home Health or Hospice nursing experience is required
• Must be able to travel the assigned territory
• CPR- American Heart Association or the American Red Cross

Job Type: Full-time, Per Diem, Part-Time , On Call

License/Certification :

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• LPN (Preferred)
• RN (Preferred)

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
