Registered Nurse

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care for Home Health Care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques.
- Assist with wound care.
-Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of [1] year of nursing experience in a similar setting
- Experience in caring for patients of all ages, including children.
- Proficient in medication administration and documentation.
- Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) usage and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
