• You will work with other disciplines needed to maximize the patient’s outcome, be a patient advocate, and communicate with the primary Doctor, Clinical Team Manager, and other team members to manage the patient’s care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state of Florida
• At least 2 years nursing experience-home health a plus
• Florida Driver’s License
