You will be the Energy Director of our team! You will be managing the day-to-day operations of this award-winning franchise, reporting to the General Manager.

This role offers excellent growth potential toward additional management responsibilities including sales, finance, marketing, and general management.

What You Bring:

• Excellent performance in leadership, team engagement, customer-service orientation
• The ability to think on your feet as well as make informed, data-based decisions. Creative problem-solvers and resourceful individuals do well in this role, as adaptability is required
• Bachelor’s Degree OR 3 years of experience (managing a service industry operation preferred)
• Knowledge or the willingness to learn about P&L statement, financial management, and labor cost optimization with KPI accountabilities
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive process and strategy adoption amongst the team
• Exceptional interpersonal and proactive communication skills and the ability to work positively and effectively with both clients and team members
• Self-discipline to manage the business like it is your own, while demonstrating the ability to work under limited supervision
• Focus on safety and liability- conscious
• Technology proficiency and the willingness to learn new technology platforms

This role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Operations:

• Lead the operation of a multi-shift, 6 day per week, team of movers and junk removal specialists, including meeting productivity, financial, and service goals. You will have one other operations manager reporting to you
• Fleet management: responsible for maintenance schedules and trouble-shooting repair issues
• Manage business performance
• Schedule crews
• Investigate and handle damage claims
• Implement training programs for ongoing employee education and development
• Schedule and conduct meetings with team leadership and management

Finance:

• Work with the General Manager to develop monthly and long-term strategic vision, focusing on high-level customer service and operational excellence.
• Review P&L monthly and explain the “why” to the leadership team,
• Develop and implement operational improvements based on financial data
• Track KPI’s
• Structure systems to achieve financial benchmarks

Compensation: up to $63K (includes quarterly Bonus based on KPI’s)
