RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

The Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of 3 portable storage facilities. This includes managing a small team of remote employees and performing sales with a focus on business development.

• Leading Associates - Hiring/firing, coaching, accountability, policy adherence, job duty completion, and SOPS. Make sure employees are quoting customers correctly, refunds and credits are justified, etc.
• Customer Satisfaction - Increase customer satisfaction by resolving any identified issues, direct customer contact, and implementing remedial training in an effort to delight our customers. This will be measured by an increase in our 5-star Google Reviews and referrals.
• Sales - Responding to leads and customers in a timely fashion (including after hours); Performing follow-ups with customers; Doing Outside Sales; and Cold Calling.
• Operational Excellence - Oversee Dispatch with a focus on efficiency; Manage and maintain all corporate-owned assets within the territory (trucks, forklifts, containers, etc.); Ensure all checklist/reports are completed; Maintain safe, clean, organized, functional storage centers and staging areas; Perform monthly parts inventory reconciliation.
• Other: May be required to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

TRAVEL:

• Travel to storage centers throughout the territory to manage employees and make outside sales visits once per week.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Degree Required (Preferably in a Business Related Field)
• 3 Years of Management Experience Preferred
• 3 Years of Sales / Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Management of Remote Employees a Plus
• Call Center Management Experience a Plus
• Experience in Dispatch, Logistics, or Transportation is a Plus
• Valid Drivers License Required
• Typing Speed over 45 wpm Required
• Tech Savvy and Familiar with using a Variety of Software (CRM, Excel, Google Suites, Fleet Management Software, etc).
• Mechanical Ability and Experience Operating Various Equipment (such as large trucks/fork-lifts) a plus but not required
