Koka Technology Solutions is Hiring a Health Administrator Near Charleston, SC

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Health Services Administrator to oversee the operations of our healthcare facility. The Health Services Administrator will be responsible for managing the administrative and clinical aspects of the facility, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.

Duties:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and optimal use of resources
- Oversee medical records management, including documentation, coding, and billing processes
- Collaborate with managed care organizations to negotiate contracts and ensure timely reimbursement
- Utilize practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks) to streamline administrative processes
- Implement strategies for medical management and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive work environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting is highly desirable
- Proficiency in practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
