Job Description

We are currently seeking a store manager to oversee all aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is willing to work hard and will enjoy a fast-paced, fun work environment.

Essential Functions:

• Manage staff and oversee daily operations
• Oversee inventory, spending, and profit margins
• Ensure store runs efficiently and effectively
• Oversee all sales and customer service procedures
• Ensure all sales and customer service forms are completed properly and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for customers
• Help customers select products that match their needs
• Help customers select products that match their needs with the use of Coldstone Creamery products in the store
• Maintain a professional demeanor with customers and other employees in the store
• Assist with general store operations such as opening or closing the store for the day or night shift
• Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required. College degree in retail management, business administration, or related field is preferred. A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management is preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. The schedule may vary from 5-12 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Compensation: Compensation is based on experience. Coldstone Creamery offers a competitive salary, benefits, and performance-based bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
