Store Manager:

-Store Manager position

-40 hours work week with availability for opening, closing, and mid shifts

-Completely maintain and run the store including inventory, scheduling, ordering, and day to day operations

- Maintain and uphold Chill Bros standards

-Work with Area Director to establish a great workflow, cleaning and maintenance checklists, and track labor and sales to keep the shop running efficiently

-Hands on managing and scooping, working side by side with shift leads and scoopers

In 2019, we set out to make the best ice cream in the world in our hometown of Tampa. Since the birth of Chill Bros. we have assembled an amazing team of industry professionals, pastry chefs, ice cream makers and scoopers alike to continue our pursuit of making and scooping the best ice cream in the world. We have expanded to 5 neighborhood scoop shops in a four year period, and we’re just getting started. Job Overview:

Store Managers are full time employees and are responsible for upholding the quality of Chill Bros in the day to day operations of their respective location, supporting and leading their team, and ensuring excellent vibes for both customers and staff alike. They are first in command at their location and work directly with the Area Director to address issues, see opportunities, set goals and implement practices to reach those goals.

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of age
• Full-time position
• Prior customer service experience
• Prior leadership role in the food/service industry or other relevant fields
• Weekend availability (Required)
• Daytime and Evening availability (Required)

Job Salary and Benefits:

• Shop Managers have a base pay and tips as their wage. They make an average of $23-$26 per hour between base pay and tips
