COLDJET is Hiring a Remote Field Service Technician (Remote Work in IA/WI)
- Provide installation, service, training and troubleshooting support on dry ice production equipment and dry ice blasting machines at our customers’ facilities. The primary work base location for this position is Iowa/Wisconsin.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and commitment to resolving their requests
- Complete administrative follow-up tasks (electronically) after visiting customer site
- Ensure that safety and quality standards are met
- Take and respond to emergency customer service calls, taking turns with colleagues to answer the 24/7 service line
- Identify customer needs and requirements and create proposals in collaboration with the Customer Service Coordinator
