Our engineering company is seeking a skilled and experienced Permanent Electrical Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing field service support for our clients, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring that our clients' equipment is operating at peak performance. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide field service support to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on client equipment.
- Data collection for Arc Flash
- Install and commission new equipment and systems.
- Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures.
- 2 years of experience as a Electrical field service technician
- Data Collection for Arc Flash
- Infrared Scan
- Perform Ground Surveys
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
