If you are an experienced Registered Nurse looking to move into a leadership role or an experienced Nurse Manager looking for a new opportunity let's have a conversation!What you'll be doing:In partnership with residents and the Interdisciplinary team, you will lead, coordinate, and deliver person-centered care based on current assessment and evaluation of resident status. In addition, you will:Build your team: interview, select and train the right people.Lead your team: drive the performance management process while serving as a coach and mentor.Inspire your team: motivate your team to deliver the best care to our residents.Who we are looking for:You will be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team. 1-3 years of previous leadership experience and the ability to demonstrate stellar management skills.Working knowledge of person-centered care principles and practices will make you stand out.
