Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, restaurants, and bars in Chattanooga, Nashville, Knoxville, and Memphis.
  • Promote and sell our products, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new accounts, expanding our market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Execute demos, tastings, and brand trainings to educate and engage customers.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to retailers, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Colab team and our partners to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Engage customers with energetic and informed marketing tactics.
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to optimize sales efforts.
  • Track and report on sales performance and insights, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in account management, technical sales, or business development is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to drive sales growth is beneficial.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to travel within your designated territory as needed.
  • Knowledge of the local market and existing retail relationships is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older due to age-restricted products.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed for event setup and breakdown.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Benefits:

Compensation package:

  • 1099 contract

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Nashville, TN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
