CoHo Services is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Tillamook, OR
We are seeking a professional, friendly Part-time Front Desk Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by efficiently checking them in and out, addressing requests, and resolving any issues.
Position information: Hourly rate is 17.00 dollars. Full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, register, and check-in/out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner
- Manage room assignments and special requests
- Answer phones promptly and route calls appropriately
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints with patience and positivity
- Promote and sell hotel amenities and packages
- Post charges, reconcile accounts, and complete daily paperwork
- Maintain organized and tidy front desk area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.71 per hour
