CohnReznick currently has an exciting career opportunity for a Human Resources Director to join our People & Culture Team.
The Human Resources Director is responsible for leading and directing the Human Resources function for our Mid-Atlantic region which encompasses eight offices (Baltimore, Bethesda, Tysons, VA, Charlotte, NC, Miami, Sunrise, Boca Raton, and Jupiter, FL) and leads a team of People & Culture talent professionals (HR Business Partners).
This role reports into the Chief People Officer and is a member of the People & Culture senior leadership team. This is a hybrid position that can be based in any of our Mid-Atlantic region offices; Up to 25 percent travel may be required. Travel is defined as time spent at offices beyond Director's primary office.
YOUR ROLE.
The Regional Human Resources Director is the strategic point of contact for local and regional business leadership. S/he partners with the Regional Managing Partner and Office Managing Partners to create and implement progressive HR initiatives across the region as part of the overall People & Culture strategy and programs. S/he teams with the Centers of Expertise (Talent Management, Resource Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to provide industry/client insights and lead the effective rollout of HR programs such as performance management and succession planning. S/he steers coaches, people managers and employees to optimize the integration and success of business and people strategies and operations.
The Regional Human Resources Director will champion a culture that recognizes and upholds the Firm's mission, purpose and vision, and code of conduct; is recognized for integrity in every aspect of their role.
