Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualifiedLead Business Analyst with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Senior IT professional who has extensive experience as a Technical Business/ Solutions Analyst within the Content Management space in a range of technical, functional, and business capabilities encompassing Content Management Systems (Web/Enterprise/Portal), Digital Analytics, Customer Relationship Management, Business Process Modeling, Software Systems/Developer/User Documentation across the entire SDLC from Analysis & Design to Development and Deployment.
• Work comfortably with onshore and offshore distributed cross functional teams and routinely perform various roles including Technical Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Digital Analyst, Pre - Sales Analyst, Content Manager, Information Systems Analyst, Technical Training, Content Coordinator.
• Main Point of Contact for IT stakeholders and Business Engagement Leads/Teams for the overall program
• Work with the various Client IT and Business Teams to build and document requirements per the established Client standards.
• Establish & Operate on Program governance procedures
• Status Reporting: Document, communicate and follow through Open Items, Risks, Issues, Service Offerings, Onboarding approvals with all stakeholders
• Work together with the Technical Points of contacts, Delivery Leads and the Business Teams including the BRMs
• Provide thought leadership, clarify questions, and provide guidance to the leads on program governance to Project Managers who are part of the program
• Work with capability and engagement leads to establish and operate on best practices and new solution approaches
• Identify potential project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Work with Global sector points of contact for various deployment lifecycle dependencies related to the program
• Support Client IT in driving and managing Adoption at the Enterprise level
• Provide weekly status updates to Senior Leadership teams from IT and Business
