RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. is Hiring a Business Intelligence Data Analyst Near Denver, CO

RE/MAX Holdings is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst within the Enterprise Business Intelligence team to document reporting requirements, develop dashboards, and partner cross functionally with stakeholders throughout the organization. This role’s primary objective is to partner with teams from around the enterprise to develop analytical insights and dashboards that will support a wide range of enterprise initiatives.

Essential Duties:

  • Support the design and implementation of reporting solutions, including dashboards and standard operational reporting
  • Gather requirements to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and document requirements in Jira
  • Develop dashboards and reports for the business to monitor performance
  • Respond to business needs and inquiries with insightful analysis and present actionable insights to a variety of stakeholders
  • Translate complex business requirements into data modeling requirements to help inform dashboard and report design
  • Support the organization by responding to ad hoc data requests and develop dashboards for users throughout the enterprise
  • Summarize results in a non-technical manner to propose recommendations and next steps for the business
  • Create, maintain, and distribute reports related to key enterprise initiatives on a frequent cadence

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics) preferred or comparable work experience
  • 2 years of experience in a reporting/analytics discipline, preferably with a business intelligence team
  • 1 years of experience and strong proficiency with SQL 
  • 1 years of experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Analytical problem solver who has a strong comfort with ambiguity, high attention to detail, efficient time management, technical aptitude, and desire to exceed expectations
  • Experience analyzing complex problems and synthesizing large data sets to yield actionable recommendations
  • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines and provide well-vetted reporting recommendations
  • Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with internal customers
  • Experience working with Tableau, SSRS, SSMS, and Snowflake are a plus

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • No supervisory responsibilities

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

Location:

This position is for a full time in our corporate headquarters located in Denver, Colorado with the ability to travel regionally up to 25%.

Hire Range/Rate:: $64,800-$79,650

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
