What you'll be doing on your day-to-day:

• Address business challenges by harnessing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data in a distributed processing environment.
• Develop requirements, design, and implement/prototype data visualization tools for internal KPIs, dashboards, analytics tools, and client user Interfaces.
• Develop and/or configure templates, tools, and support best practices for the presentation of quantitative information to clients.
• Present findings from analysis to the client’s business and technical team, ie: communication of complex analysis using data visualization and business-friendly metrics and terminology.
• Translate business requirements to science and technical teams.
• Management of client delivery or support projects
• Support the sales and delivery and ongoing success of client quantitative projects through the creation of templates, proposals, and case studies.
• QA of science development and test methodologies
• Management of client delivery or support projects
• Designs, develops, and programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse data sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.
• Designs, develops, and codes machine learning models and algorithms to solve retail science problems.
• Develops and codes software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.
• Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively describe complex quantitative methods in clear and concise communications.
• Keep up to date with technical as well as industry developments, analytics software/tools, trends, and recognized best practices.
• Work within project constraints – funding, resources, schedule, priority, goals.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related (Concentration in data science and analytics)
• Experience Requirements: 18 months of experience in a same or similar position
• Effective organization and time management capabilities.
• Collaborative business style, ability to work with team members and cross-functionally.
