Description of Work:

• Entering Survey Data in Aspen Central Office electronic Federal reporting system.
• Creating survey letters to providers, and tracking survey event status in the Federal system.
• Processing FOIL requests by identifying, retrieving, copying pertinent documents, drafting and submitting letters to the Records Access Office.
• Processing and logging mail, fax, and scanned documents.
• Organizing, binding, filing, and purging survey documents.
• Creating electronic survey shells and preparing paper survey document packets.
• Generating CON and project reports and maintaining data.
• Maintaining survey tracking log.
• Maintaining adequate office supplies for administrative and survey staff.
• Providing main reception desk coverage.
• Makes call downs to providers, gathering information and reporting per CO and RO requests (ad hoc).
