Title: Administrative Assistant

Monday- Friday 

Duties 

• Require providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests in addition to performing clerical functions such as receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
• Candidate must be able to manage an active calendar of appointments, complete expense reports, compose and prepare correspondence regarding sensitive and often confidential matters as well as coordinate technology needs for Executive staff.
• Knowledge of office administration and management, business communications, and an ability to take notes is necessary, as the position calls for being able to compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, correspondence, and reports.
• Candidate may act as Justice Center Management’s representative in dealing with the public and in routine contact with other State executives; and will perform special assignments, studies, and routine administrative functions as specifically directed.
• Additional office duties may be assigned, including assisting in the execution of special projects/initiatives, depending on emergent agency business needs.
