We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing a variety of coffee and tea beverages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and prepare coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes
- Operate POS system to process customer transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Stock and replenish supplies as needed
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Food handling certification is required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
