Job Title: Senior Microsoft 365 Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Microsoft 365 Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions leveraging the Microsoft 365 platform to meet our organization's needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing custom solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Graph, and Azure Active Directory.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications for Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Implementing and customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and other components to address business requirements.
• Developing customizations and integrations using Microsoft Graph API, REST API, JavaScript, TypeScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Designing and implementing Power Apps canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals to streamline business processes and enhance user productivity.
• Creating automated workflows and business process automations using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
• Designing and developing interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize data and derive actionable insights.
• Integrating Microsoft 365 solutions with external systems and third-party applications to enable seamless data exchange and interoperability.
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers, and actively participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Staying abreast of the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices, and evaluating their applicability to our organization's needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing solutions on the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Teams extensibility, and SharePoint Online development.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Graph API, Azure AD Graph API, and OAuth 2.0 authentication protocols.
• Expertise in Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience in designing and implementing custom business solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile practices, and DevOps principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure App Service.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps for source code management, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Familiarity with modern web development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), and TypeScript.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Azure, and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Add-ins development using Office.js or VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office).
• Previous experience in migrating on-premises SharePoint solutions to SharePoint Online.
• Understanding of information architecture, content management, and governance best practices in SharePoint Online.
