Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of generative AI models using Java/J2EE technologies and frameworks.
• Utilize your expertise in Java/J2EE ecosystem tools such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Apache Kafka to build scalable and efficient AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate generative models into end-to-end AI applications.
• Research and experiment with advanced generative modeling techniques to address complex challenges across various domains.
• Develop AI tooling and infrastructure to support the training, deployment, and monitoring of generative AI models in production environments.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality code standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in Java/J2EE technologies, AI research, and software engineering methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a software developer with a strong focus on Java/J2EE development, including proficiency in Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Apache Kafka.
• Solid understanding of generative modeling techniques such as GANs, VAEs, and autoregressive models.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in AI tooling development, DevOps practices, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
