Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. This includes managing staff, implementing processes to improve efficiency, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and a proven track record in process improvement and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders
Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as an Operations Manager or similar position
- Strong sales background with a track record of achieving targets
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and implementing operational efficiencies
- Experience in business development and strategic planning
- Proficient in analyzing financial data and managing profit loss
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
