We are looking for a Program Instructor/Lead for our Jr. program to oversee the day-to-day coaching and student engagement of our junior ninjas.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality and fun coding instruction to students to help them develop their skills.
•  Create a positive, safe, and fun environment for our students.
• Provide feedback to parents after working with students.
• Manage student progress and provide weekly feedback to parents.
• Work with the Director on lesson plans to ensure the curriculum is engaging, effective, and current.
• Mentor and train other instructors.

Qualifications

• Working history with children ages 5 and up (mentoring, coaching, babysitting, etc.), and enthusiasm for working with small children.
• Some background in coding, or able to quickly pick up on basic concepts.
• Works well with others; collaborates and adapts to changing situations.
• Must be energetic, fun, adaptable, and able to help our students have fun too!
