B2B Inside Sales Client Advisor

Some of the Key Responsibilities (not limited to) :

• Direct / Indirect selling to the Hospitality and Residential market via phone / email (Inbound / Outbound)
• Establishing initial conversation / relationship with prospective client to assist field rep in closing opportunities
• Daily KPI including 35 Contacts minimum / handling inbound leads / managing forecast
• Assisting Field Reps with B2B activities i.e : scheduling appointments / visits
• Daily management of outbound activities i.e : external databases / prospect lists etc.
• Our experienced team member will be tasked with maximizing the schedules of their dedicated field reps by planning visits ahead of time
• Experience in telesales role is not a requirement but recommended
• Someone who is reliable to go after the business, as part of the outbound plan provided
