Coastline Federal Credit Union is Hiring a Training Specialist Near Jacksonville, FL
- Responsible for development, implement, and administration of the training function through the credit union.
- Research, develop and conduct training session for employee orientation, procedures, products and services, member service skills and refresher training for employees to achieve outstanding performance levels.
- Create and maintain training records, training guides, manuals and procedures.
- Responsible for the credit union’s learning management program and scheduling annual compliance training.
- Create instructional videos on procedures.
- Responsible for delivering consistent, valuable, and fresh material to all trainees and presented in a professional manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Keep management informed of key issues affecting the credit union and/or department.
- Project a positive image and work in collaboration with all staff levels.
- Be organized, attention to detail, accurate and meet deadlines.
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience, credit union and/or training required. Thorough knowledge of credit union products and services required. Management experience a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalency required. Bachelor’s degree in business management, organization development or related field preferred.
