You’ll be based out of our office, but you’ll also spend a good amount of time out in the field at our job sites training and supporting our team members.

You’ll get to self-manage the project to build this out, and you’ll help our entire team level up in how we use HCSS.

As a Construction Implementation & Training Specialist (HCSS) you will work both in our office and out in the field at job sites as part of the Training and Development team.

Responsibilities of our Construction Implementation Specialist (HCSS)

Here’s what we’ll be counting on you to accomplish:

• Create a consistent internal training process on the HCSS software and develop support materials.
• Train all new hires on the software based on the needs of their individual role.
• Provide ongoing training and reinforce appropriate usage of HCSS software by team members.
• Be the subject matter expert and point person for all HCSS software-related questions and issues. You’ll ensure our team is up to date on new programs, features, updates, etc.
• Provide boots-on-the-ground help in the field on job sites on HCSS and other general technology questions such as iPad usage, etc.

Measuring Success

Here’s how you’ll have an impact:

• HCSS software is adopted more rapidly and used more efficiently by team members.
• All team members are thoroughly trained on the HCSS features they need for their roles.
• Data entered by team members into the HCSS software improves in accuracy and completion.
• Additional ways to leverage and maximize the benefits of HCSS are identified and implemented.
