Maintenance Technician - Entry Level

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and machinery.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records.
- Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Proficient in using CMMS software to manage work orders and track maintenance activities.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide a team of technicians.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and provide updates on maintenance tasks.
