Concierge / Administrative Personnel

Position Overview:

We are seeking a concierge / administrative officer to work overnight on Hilton Head. This position would be focused on customer service, coordinating logistics and providing residents and visitors with information as needed. This position would require basic computer knowledge, phone etiquette, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation Logistics: Coordinate transportation for residents and guests arriving after normal business hours. This includes calling taxi services and boat captains to arrange.

- Coordinating tow trucks for towing vehicles when necessary. 

- Checking Parking Decals for onsite lot

- Monitor Access control for WC lot

Concierge Services: Answering guest calls for passes, services requests and providing information or guidance as needed. 

- Coordinate Vallet to guest home 

- Information specialists to communicate ferry schedule to visitors

- Issue boat passes for residents and incoming guests

Software / Computer: Review and approve reports for officers working in the field, search for information when needed in previous reports, ensure reports are completed in a timely manner. 

Dispatch:Send officers to locations and calls as needed

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk and patrol for extended periods of time

Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds

Good physical condition with the ability to respond to emergencies quickly

Friendly, clear speaking voice

Work Schedule:

This is a full time or part time position with varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.

Post pay is where one site and position may pay a certain rate and another site or position pays a different rate. You are paid the rate for the position in which you work.
