Where You’ll Work:
What You’ll Own:
- Work alongside the Property Manager, Leasing Team, and Maintenance Team with portfolio wide operations, leasing efforts, and administrative support to ensure the highest level of performance and customer service. Work collaboratively while evaluating strategies and process improvement.
- Oversee accounts payables, including review and approval of vendor and utility payments.
- Manage accounts receivable, including delinquency and collection efforts to ensure rent is collected in a timely manner. Process final account statements and security deposits.
- Complete lease audits of existing properties and new properties being evaluated for acquisition.
- Manage utilities including setting up accounts for new portfolios, reviewing accounts/bills for accuracy, and billing back residents for usage.
- Participate in all marketing and leasing activity within the portfolio, including marketing strategies, answering prospect questions, providing tours, and completing lease documents. Work in collaboration with the leasing team to ensure team goals are achieved.
- Provide support and assistance to all customer service efforts, including resolving escalated resident and property issues.

- Experience in property management, real estate, management, sales, hospitality, or retail, preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfort using technology including Microsoft products, including Excel.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable under company policy.
