Business Development Representatives (BDR) are the first point of contact for a potential customer. After identifying prospects, they approach them, via phone or email, to move the sales conversation forward. This involves setting up a time for the prospect to meet or speak with a Sales Consultant.

Must be proficient with the use of computers and operation of phones (landline; desk phone).

Phone and email etiquette are highly important, as the majority of communications with customers will be via phone and email.

Organization skills are a must as the candidate will be managing a calendar with hundreds of tasks and customers on a daily basis.

Work schedules are flexible, with a Full Time position that requires a 40 hour work week.
